30-Day Money Back Guarantee

At InforDesk, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with your "All-Business-Documents" license or "All-Business-Letters" license purchase, you can return it within 30 days.

Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid claims for refunds shall be considered. Please review the software description and download demo version before making a purchase. It is the customers' responsibility to determine whether the product is appropriate for them before purchasing the product.

This guarantee does not cover products purchased on sale or at a discount and does not include the cost of shipping and handling, payment processing fees and sales tax (if any). In most cases, we are obligated to charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of returned items to cover our expenses.

If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller, then this merchant's refund policy applies to your order. InforDesk will not issue refunds for purchases made through a third party merchant or resellers.

InforDesk accept 1 refund request from each customer.

 

InforDesk is not responsible for shipping costs or damage incurred on returned items. Products to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by regular US Postal Service (or through any other country's regular mail service) cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since InforDesk does not provide credit for a return received after 30 days of the date of the purchase, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured.

If any documents or materials have been used in the course of actual business, we will NOT issue refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is not providing valid grounds for a refund or is abusing our money back guarantee policy.

Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of US and International Copyright laws.

The software and all its BONUSES (Gifts, Bundles and etc) must be uninstalled/removed from your computer and return the Software CD-ROM* in original packaging prior to submitting a request for refund. By requesting refund you are confirming this has been completed. InforDesk may refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is in use, not uninstalled and/or not deleted.

In the event the Customer or any other entity uses, installs and/or undelete's any product or service that is/was subject to a refund request will be rebilled to the Customer and/or will become a debt owed and payable to InforDesk.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CONTINUING USING THE SOFTWARE AND/OR IT'S BONUSES AFTER SUBMITTING REQUEST FOR REFUND IS VIOLATION OF THE COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE RIGHTS AND MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL PROSECUTION.

 

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.


InforDesk reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on InforDesk's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.

 

All questions about refunds, including a detailed explanation of why you wish to cancel your order, must be sent to from email address that you used in ordering process. We will review your request within 7 days. Please note 1 refund request will be accepted for reviewing for each customer.

* We must receive your unopened CD within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to issue a refund. Claims and CD returns that are not made within this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
